ChipperMaster Blade Grinding Machine £8,669.00


This Bernhard Chippermaster blade grinder is used for sharpening wood chipper blades.  It can do Timberwolf blades to their original "hollow ground" specification and practically all of the double angle flat blades like Forst, Jensen etc.  Good, fully working machines hardly ever come up for sale.    

They are brilliant for chipper blades. 

This is the latest model with the auto-feed feature.  The auto-feed has 'breaks' in it.

It has a pump for the coolant
It is single phase but best run off a blue 16A feed.
We have disconnected the light inside the lid - it is still there.
We have also wired the mains lead straight to the board rather than using the lead & plug supplied with it.  The plug and socket are included and could be easily refitted.
The grinding stone is very new.
We have fitted a rubber piece to reduce spray and hence loss of coolant - it isn't pretty but it works.
The unit can be run with the lid open (as in the video) using the over ride key switch on the panel.
Comes with the tools and fasteners shown and a copy of the manual.
